GRAMATICA SIPS INTERNATIONAL
Our building is comprised of Structural Insulated Panels which are an environmentally friendly building product. SIPS provide greater levels of insulation and have shown tremendous strength in extreme loading conditions, such as hurricanes and other hazardous weather. They also create a healthier indoor environment by protecting from mold, mildew, and other harmful airborne pollutants.
LOW-E DUAL PANE WINDOWS
All rooms have Low-E Windows which blocks infrared light from penetrating the glass from the outside, keeping in heating/cooling energy. These windows are also great at reducing UV light, saving your carpets, furniture, drapes, and floors from fading and sun damage.

Programmable Thermostats with Energy-Efficient Heating and Cooling

Energy-Efficient LED Lighting
Our LED light bulbs last longer, are more durable, and offer comparable or better light quality than other types of lighting. Specifically, our use of quality LED light bulbs will result in huge energy savings, using at least 75% less energy than incandescent lighting.
HIGH EFFICIENCY PLUMBING FIXTURES
